- We operate as an independent partner; the cloud services themselves are provided by and subject to the terms of the respective cloud providers.
2. Accounts & Responsibilities
- Ownership of cloud accounts always remains with the customer, who is responsible for safeguarding account credentials.
- Customers must use cloud resources lawfully and not for any purpose that violates applicable laws and regulations.
3. Fees & Payment
- Billing is based on actual cloud consumption, with flexible methods including corporate transfer, USDT and offshore accounts.
- Specific discounts, settlement cycles and invoicing follow the written agreement between both parties.
